BENI (Demers), Margaret Marie -Of Port Colborne, went to be with her Lord and Saviour, at the Port Colborne Hospital on Wednesday, September 3, 2008, in her 70th year. Cherished wife, for almost 50 years, to Edward Beni. Beloved mother of Reverend Bill Beni (Mildred) of Virginia, David Beni (Tamara) of Grand Prairie, Alberta and James Beni (Kelly, daughter in love) of Thorold. Loving grandmother of Rachel, Sarah, Aaron, Michael, Stephanie, Jacob, Taylor, Skye, Faith, Nolan and Mathew. Also survived a one great-grandchild and many nieces and nephews. Dear sister of Ollie Chinourd (Pauline), Jeanette Marcoux (Gerry), Moe Demers and Jerry Demers (Denise). Predeceased by parents Ernest and Rose Demers and brother Lawrence Chinourd. Born in Welland, Margaret moved to Port Colborne where she was a productive member of her community. She was a homemaker, business woman and farmer who was strong in her faith and loved to sing gospel music. She and Edward were Missionary Evangelists, serving God in Mexico, throughout the United States and in Northern Canada with Margaret later traveling alone to serve in China. She was a member of Faith Tabernacle Church and was co-director of TheHealingRoomsof Welland. Friends are invited to visit the family at Faith Tabernacle Church, 380 South Pelham Road, Welland, on Saturday, September 6th from 9:00 to 11:00 a. m. The funeral service will take place at 11:00 a. m. in the church sanctuary, followed by interment in Fonthill Cemetery. If desired, donations to The Healing Rooms of Welland or Faith Tabernacle Church would be deeply appreciated by the family.

FRIEDLEIN, Edward At the St. Catharines General Hospital on September 4th 2008 , Mr Edward Friedlein of St. Catharines in his 70th year. Brother of John Friedlein(Colette) and Dorothy Kafun(late Victor) also survived by many nieces and nephews. He was pre deceased by his parents Anton and Mary and brother Carl Friedlein (Elaine).
