Prosecutors dropped charges against an Oxford woman arrested last month for allegedly harboring her fugitive husband, who also faces multiple local rape charges.
Tammy Marlow, 37, was arrested Sept. 21 for harboring her husband, Tommy Marlow, who did not return to an Oklahoma community corrections center from work release in March 2000. Tommy Marlow, 43, also is accused of sexually abusing a 15-year-old girl at least six times between March 2004 and early August 2005 in Johnson County. He pleaded not guilty to six third-degree sexual abuse charges and has a Dec. 12 trial date in Johnson County District Court.
